Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering prompt, empathetic, and accurate assistance across a wide range of insurance queries.

  • Communicate with customers by phone, letter and email to resolve queries with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
  • Support customers in understanding their insurance cover, providing clear, confident guidance without ambiguity
  • Issue documentation, manage premium collections, and arrange refunds accurately and efficiently in line with agreed procedures
