- Communicate with customers by phone, letter and email to resolve queries with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy
- Support customers in understanding their insurance cover, providing clear, confident guidance without ambiguity
- Issue documentation, manage premium collections, and arrange refunds accurately and efficiently in line with agreed procedures
Deliver a professional, fair, and empathetic claims experience through:
- Assisting customers at potentially distressing moments, communicating with clarity and compassion
- Managing communications with underwriters, customers, clients, agents, doctors, employers, and internal teams
- Applying high accuracy when assessing claims, ensuring Policy Terms and Conditions are applied correctly
